1.Objective of the Position / 岗位目标：
Support R&D experiment and OEM validation test for Sekurit automotive glass 在指导下支持研发的实验工作以及主机厂客户要求完成的项目相关的验证实验。
2.Principal Accountabilities / 主要职责：
1/ (30%) Without supervised, can well in charge of validation tests for projects in development phase for different OEM and customers on time and on quality, including ageing test, mechanical test and three-dimension test and so on after training. Can read English version OEM standard and can write English report. Can communicate with Sekurit plant project team and meet customer requirement. 30%的时间主要在培训后，能够独立完成不同OEM客户在项目开发阶段的注塑产品相关的实验, 比如环境老化测试，三坐标尺寸测试，以及机械性能测试。同时能阅读英文版本的主机厂的相关实验标准以及撰写英文报告。能有效地与Sekurit工厂的项目团队沟通并且满足客户要求。
2/ (30%) Under supervised, can well do the bonding performance (primer and tape) development and validation and fully support engineer for bonding related R&D projects and process improvement after training. Can be good responsible for R&D experiment and time and lab resource management
30%的时间在上级的指导下，能够较好的完成粘结性能相关的实验验证和开发，并且在相关培训后，完全支持粘结相关的项目以及工艺改进的实验。能较好的进行研发实验，时间和实验室资源的协调和管理。
3/ (30%) Under supervised, can support some case study analysis for the customer claim or internal quality problem to find the root cause and give a solution or suggestion for the case.
30%的时间在上级的指导下，能够支持有关客户投诉或者内部质量问题的分析测试，并且协助找到可能的根本原因以及改进方案。
4/ (5%) Responsible for lab equipment maintenance, 5S and purchasing other daily lab work. 负责实验室设备的维护管理，5S以及可能的采购等日常事务。
3.Qualification & Skills/任职条件:
1）Materials Science and Engineering / 材料科学与工程,Chemical Engineering (化学工程或工艺)
mechnical engineering （机械工程）, Physical
2）College above. Candidates should have related background.
大专学历及以上
3）General English in both written and spoken
一般水平英语听说读写能力
4）Open and flexible minded, initiative,efficiency, ability to become autonomous, curious.
