岗位简介:

1、        Buyer - 采购员
Responsibility:
        Analysis the requirements from headquarter;
        Be focus on the non-standard products, mainly for steel / metal product
        Negotiate with suppliers to confirm the information of product;
        Optimize cost, delivery and payment conditions;
        Further develop an effective and reliable network of local suppliers;
        Actively communicate with suppliers to build the good relationship;
        Work closely together with Quality group;
        Ensure that internal purchasing procedures are followed, monitor results against objectives and take corrective measures in cases of deviation.

Requirement:
        College graduates or above education;
        (1 year work experience related is preferred ;
        The ability to work independently and willing to work hard;
        Analytical, driven, open minded and goal oriented;
        Good English skills;
        Can work under pressure and be willing to accept challenge;
        PC competence in Microsoft Office;
        Honest and high responsibilities.

       
2、        Vender Expeditor - 订单追踪专员

Responsibilities:
        Push back PI from suppliers on time and sign back after verified correctly.
        Follow up with suppliers ensure on time delivery;
        Manage suppliers’ performance on the timely delivery, package and service, etc;
        Follow up purchase order pull in/push out;
        Timely maintain related ERP (OPER 1) data and ensure data accuracy;
        Actively communicate with suppliers to build the good relationship.

Requirement:
        College graduates or above education;
        Has one year expediting experience is preferred.
        The ability to work independently and willing to work hard;
        Analytical, driven, open minded and goal oriented;
        Good English skills;
        PC competence in Microsoft Office;
        Honest and high responsibilities


3、        Suppier Intelligence Specialist -供应商数据分析专员

Job Description:
        Support different department for sourcing suitable suppliers and application of supplier ID;
        Running and maintain Panjiva account;
        Review and recommend trade shows to attend in Asia;
        Working closely with Sourcing, Mill and Stock department to identify new sources to enlarge our pool of approve supplier database;
        Need the prequalification visit to supplier;

Position Qualification:
        Be good at Excel operation;
        Work with initiative, careful and responsible;
        Strong in learning and catching the market information;
        Good oral and written English;
        Team spirit;
        An understanding of industrial products is preferred but not required;
